Burnout

The benefits of sport are numerous, when the activity is practiced in a moderate, regular and sustainable way: reduction of stress, improvement of self-esteem, more restful sleep.

But many burn-out situations could be avoided if special attention was paid to interpersonal tensions within the company. Simple tensions arise from situations in which employees gradually isolate themselves, sometimes to the point where they experience a real sense of exclusion or lack of recognition.

That is why we belvieve that our groupslessons are so effective because it creates synergy between colleagues, it reduces stress and it gives more energy.

Energy

Exercising also boosts oxygen circulation inside your body. This increase in oxygen not only supports the mitochondria's energy production, it allows your body to function better and to use its energy more efficiently.

Stress

 Sports help you manage stress. Exercise causes your body to release endorphins, the chemicals in your brain that relieve pain and stress. It also reduces the levels of stress hormones, cortisol and adrenaline.

Connection

The group lessons promote communication between colleagues, creating an atmosphere of friendliness and synergy that will serve the purpose of your company in no small ways.
